"This is s beautiful property. However, they do not have dining options around. I had to order from service, which would come from their sister location that had a restaurant. The property is also remote, and i would havre preferred to walk in town for shopping. For that, i had to rent a daily taxi, which is not cheap. In fact, anywhere in Goa, taxi seems unionized and expensive. "

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "A beautiful property which was a great place to stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. Really useful as helped provide local knowledge and ease of ttavelling and sight seeing in Goa."

"Very bad hospitality. No worth for amt paid. Food is horibal. Hotel staff r very arrogant especially the manager Mr. Neel is very arrogant person. No hot water facility in room."

"Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

"This is my second visit to this property. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean, the linen and towels were neat. The owner and his wife are friendly. The location is also great it's near to the beach just 10 mins walk Overall a very good homestay."
