"Amazing location! The customer service was excellent. Our room was the most spacious in all of the rooms in Europe that we traveled to. Very clean (although handheld shower head could use some cleaning) and a tall room fan was helpful for air circulation. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Warwick for a week in May. It was perfectly located for our purposes. It's right down the street from the Central Station; there are countless dining options within walking distance; the Fine Arts Museum and the Musical Instruments Museum are a short walk away as well; and it's a two-minute walk to Grand Place. The property is very well-maintained; housekeeping is excellent; and our limited interactions with staff members were uniformly positive. In addition, when we arrived early from an overseas flight, we were graciously permitted to check in without any difficulty or additional fee. In short, we would highly recommend the Warwick."

"The hotel is in a god location because it is easy to walk to everything but not too loud. The style of the hotel is awesome and they have all the amenaties that you need. The only down side is that the rooms are a little small with minimal storage options. "

"While there is a lot of construction around Brussels city, the Novotel provides safe and clean accommodations with a wonderful breakfast buffet offering which was included in our room rate. There is a restaurant and bar on property as well and the best Belgian waffles within a 5 minute walk."

"Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!"
