Great staff and very helpful. Help made our stay in sorrento very nice and helped us organize transportation to amalfi coats. Took care of restaurant reservation and made excellent suggestions. Amazing breakfast served at the hotel.

"Excellent hotel ideally situated with friendly sta"
Stayed for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon, we were lucky enough to stop in the 007 suite which was simply beautiful with lovely views and comfort. Hotel was clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good choice at breakfast although coffee wasn't the best. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the main hustle and bustle of sorrento and vast number of restaurants. Only down side I noticed was pool had not much sun after 230-3. Will definitely stay again

An immaculate intimate property with fantastic, discreet service. Great location, about a 20 minute walk into Sorrento but with a couple of lovely bars / restaurants only a couple of minutes away. We stayed in a Junior suite, which was spacious with a small balcony and huge picture windows allowing almost 360 views. The whole property was beautifully kept, with pretty interesting gardens. The pool was quiet and so relaxing, with snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Maria and Nina were fantastic, so helpful and candid when advising on restaurants and surrounding locations.

This was our first trip to Sorrento and we were extremely happy that we chose the Hotel Mediterraneo. Everything about the Hotel was perfect, we saw the most beautiful sunset from the front bar area..The rooms were extremely comfortable and well equiped. As our room was a garden room we overlooked the area where evening entertainment was carried out one night a week and as the rooms had doubled glazed doors, this did not disrupt our sleep.

We stayed at Minervetta this June with our 2 children (11 and 14). The rooms were very clean, well equipped and had beautiful views. La Minervetta is a gem. My only regret is that the beach in Sorrento is not that great. However, getting to nice beaches from Sorrento is easy and the staff at La Minervetta will assist you with your daily excursions to old ruins, beaches or restaurants. This is a great hotel.

The Corallo is about a 25 min walk away from the centre of Sorrento (the taxi ride at 20 euro isn't cheap although there is a local bus too). The location offers stunning views across the bay and I would recommend paying for a room with a sea view - the sunsets were amazing! There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very good, though I wouldn't say excellent as we had a couple of issues like a dodgy plug and leaky shower. Note they don't have kettles or irons in the rooms either. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and were impressed ( other local establishments are a similar price). Some people have complained about the noise from wedding parties but the one wedding that took place during our stay didn't bother us. I can see why couples choose it - the hotel is very romantic and views from it are wonderful.

An outstanding hotel. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms. The best were those behind the desk. Vincenzo and his younger brother Mario were excepional as were Guiseppe and Franscesco. They made our stay most enjoyable despite the fact that our luggage was delayed for three days due to AlItalia's incompetence.
I most certaainly would recommend this hotel again and again.
