"Villa Claudia was beautiful beyond words. Every little detail was perfect. Claudia stocked food for us, gave us detailed information about the area. We loved the hot tub overlooking the Bay of Naples. Property is up the hill from Sorrento, close to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. The drive there is a bit scary on some windy roads, but once you get there it is sublime. We were family of 5 and plenty of room. Very comfortable pull out couch as extra bed. Highly recommend"

"The property, location, and hosts were amazing. You truly feel the full Italian experience when you stay here. We were traveling with a group of 10. The property is up a very narrow road and has an angled driveway, so a small vehicle is a must. We had a van, and my husband was like a magician parking each day - but by the last day, he had it down! The property itself is divided over several levels. "A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel."

"The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend."

"Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer."
