Great overnight stay. The Itslian restaurant on site is booked way in advance , book ahead or you are eating in town . The room was great value for what I paid. Staff were awesome.

Look forward to staying again but the Raintree hill is a killer!

Great views of beautiful azure waters and the marina. Lovely well equipped apartment with kitchen, very comfortable bed and laundry facilities. The pool was great and just outside our door. The only issue was you really need a car or dont mind a good walk into airlie, bus stops were not close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The cafe in the hotel is actually closed, which wouldn’t have been a problem but there wasn’t any notice before the stay began. The room itself was very spacious and would be great for a family. The kitchen was especially well stocked with cooking equipment. The hotel grounds could use a blow as there is a lot of debris and it just generally looks untidy. The view from the balcony is amazing and at a really great price point. If you’re budget minded with a family, this would be a great hotel to stay. The pool was maintained really well and crystal clear. There was outside uncovered parking which was great for us as we had a large ute. It is located very conveniently and is just a short walk to the marina where many of the tours leave from.

Firstly, I noticed that I was charged for towel replacement on a daily basis, which came as a surprise. Typically, hotels either include this service in the room rate or give guests the option to reuse towels to reduce environmental impact and avoid additional charges. It would be helpful if such charges were clearly communicated during check-in or in the room. Secondly, I was unable to access Wi-Fi during my stay. In today’s travel environment, reliable internet access is considered an essential amenity, especially for guests who need to work or stay connected. This lack of access was quite inconvenient.
