This was an amazing property. We are so glad we booked here based on other’s reviews. The customer service was top notch, the best found in our travels. The food was great with many different options. For all inclusive food the choices were diverse. We highly recommend the fine dining experience at MB. We went twice during our stay. Again, we highly recommend.

It was amazing experience for three nights stay.
Very close to ferry to Isla Mujeres and Chedraui Supermar to shop grocery and souvenirs.
In addition, property' staff were very nice and kind for all.
Two things needs to improve for this hotel:
1. Room cleaning
2. It is older property than Hyatt viva which is located on right next to Grand fiesta. so it feels very old which is not modern.
Also, the beach is not big enough so spent most of time in the pool.
overall, I was very satisfied during your stay.

Fiesta Americana Condesa was amazing — beautiful beachfront, spotless pools, and delicious food with lots of variety. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the vibe was fun but still relaxing. We left with great memories and can’t wait to come back!
