•The rooms were clean, there’s a fridge, hair dryer, walk in shower. • the staff were friendly and helpful • I would suggest bringing Mexican pesos not American money they tend to over charge in a lot of things in Mexico if you’re paying with American money it’s wild the difference. If you have Expedia or want good deals go to the MTS desk for excursions or packages they’re at the desk by the stairs towards the buffet. You’ll get the best deals with them and don’t pay full price you can always find a better deal just saying • the food was ok.bland and repetitive at the buffet just the same things. The pasta at the buffet and the à la cart is literally just noodles and sauce •the pool and pool area were clean. It’s kid friendly so there were always kiddos around but there is an adult only pool and the ocean • a con would definitely be that the bars don’t open until 11, there’s a very strong scent in the main lobby and hotel like cologne, the prices in the shops are wild. They said 18$ American for a bag of lays chips less if pesos If you are a snacker and have kids I’d suggest bringing your own chips, nuts, treats etc in your luggage • I love that they have water refill stations for water bottles on the floors so you never have to go asking for water •If you are planning an excursion or to see the town or go out definitely suggest the city buses bus stop out front by the road they go by every five mins they cost 12 pesos very safe and easy to get around

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best resort or experience. The food wasn’t very good. Especially the buffets, we had a hard time finding something to eat. And the Mexican/taco restaurant wasn’t good at all which was disappointing. My travel companion got sick, we aren’t sure if it was food or the water but be aware! The bars don’t open till 10, and some later than that so it was difficult to find a drink. You can only get water bottles from lobby bar, which no one would be at. Then at night, restaurants are closed and there’s no late night snacks/food/bar available. I believe your only option is room service which is an additional cost. The staff isn’t super helpful or accommodating in any way. We got locked out of our room for hours because the key card reader needed a new battery. This should have been fixed immediately but it wasn’t. We also were not comped in any way. There are not many bathrooms around the resort and they are very small. Wish it was better in many ways. Sadly to say we were displeased.

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. The resort is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels calm and intentional. You never feel rushed, never feel crowded. Whether you are walking along the beach early in the morning, sitting by the pool in the afternoon, or heading to dinner in the evening, there is a sense of peace that stays with you the entire time. What we loved most is that the resort never felt crowded. There was always space. Space to relax, space to breathe, space to actually disconnect. You are not competing for chairs, not waiting around, not dealing with noise. It feels like the kind of place you go when you truly want a real break. The service is what makes the experience come alive. It is not just that it is top notch, it is that it feels real. At El Mar, Victor made every meal feel like something to look forward to. The setting, the ocean, the pace of the service, it all comes together in a way that makes you want to stay a little longer. We had the pleasure of having Alfonso as our waiter at both El Mar and Lupita, and he was outstanding. Attentive, funny, and engaging in a way that never felt forced. The kind of person who reads the table perfectly and makes the experience feel personal. By the pool, Elvis was incredible. He is out there all day in the sun, moving constantly, checking in on guests, delivering drinks, keeping things flowing, and somehow doing it

We had an amazing stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico and would absolutely come back again. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel completely at ease. The property itself is beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that really lets you unwind.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Secrets Mirabel. Views from the preferred room balconies are incredibly beautiful. I would recommend staying preferred, as the amenities that come with it made our trip much better. Our pool and beach attendants Abraham especially and Emilio took care of us all week by helping us get set up with chairs and towels and anything else that we needed. These areas fill up quickly in the morning and they did their very best to help us. Food at the restaurants is excellent. One afternoon we inquired at Olio about where we could find quesabirria in Cancun and the chef, Antonio, ended up offering to make us a special meal of it! Thank you to Antonio for the excellent birria and to the manager Alexander for accommodating our request. Chef Antonio really made our stay special and added a level of service that elevated our entire experience. Also special thanks to our maid Esmerelda and mini bar attendant Armando for making our stay most comfortable!

The food was ok, the staff was awesome but the worst thing was that presentation that We were kind of forced to attend, they keep us hostage for almost 4 hours while I am saying over and over again that I don't want to commit. I am an educated persona and didn't wanted to be rude but at the end I had to walk away and the associate who was giving us the third presentation got upset because I didn't purchase a vacation plan. RIDICULES!!!
