Well located hotel, staff very helpful, clean rooms.
The Carpark was a bit expensive, so u hi oi might want to consider parking in the Carpark in front of the hotel. Also there is market very close from the hotel, so a good option

The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond.
