The room is clean. The design is very good and room size is perfect. I like the shower area, it is spacious and there is an overhead shower, very nice. I had a very comfortable shower

Room was clean, however the bathroom shades/blinds are not able to be completely closed and the bathroom door is opaque, so come the morning the room is lit with morning sunshine when we want it to be dark and sleep in. The room design needs ensure proper black out capability

Excellent staff and customer service. Super friendly and accommodating. I would book again! Especially Hanna at the front desk was exceptional, and all the cleaning staff.

Overall a really pleasant stay, most of the staff were welcoming. A great location in Wan Chai, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The room amenities (e.g. hair dryer, tea options etc) could be improved. The chair by the desk had no back support so if you’re working it was not suitable. I was impressed with the soundproofing of the rooms as a light sleeper! Would stay here again.

Good location but hotel is noisy. Overall was nice but doesn’t quite feel like a premium hotel as advertised.
