Gili Islands Ski Holidays

My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for.

Luxury meets nature. I absolutely enjoyed the quietness, and felt like coming back home. Thanks team for the attentiveness and support. Will come back again 🙌

The place is absolutely stunning, everything was perfect. They have the most lovely staff which made the stay even better. Thank you and best wishes to all the staff from Nikola and Lewis

Stunning views, great concept and potential. Villas tastefully decorated as is the whole property. Don’t like that the restaurant manager jumped on us and demanded to know what time we would come for breakfast. Every meal we had in the restaurant had ingredients missing from the dishes as described in the menu / I understand, given remote location, they can run out of stock, but at least acknowledge that and let the diner know that core ingredients wouldn’t be in the dish. Sadly out of our two nights there was a party next door and the music blared so loudly til 3:40 am that our windows reverberated with the base - and we got no sleep. That was a real let down for me - so desperate wad I to get Some sleep. Otherwise so remote it was a good place to chill out. Impossible to find the light switches in the rooms and to light up the path to the gates of Villa / please make clearer. Lovely spa with very good therapists and there is an effort to put on activities for children and families. Breakfast excellent even with missing ingredients. Dinner also very nice with sent variety and choice. Great cocktails and staff already keen to please and help.

The hotel and pool area was spotless, staff were so helpful. Breakfast, served until 7pm!, was incredible. Lovely wee oasis, would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful new resort. Gym is good but relatively small. Pool side showers are lacking maintenance. Staff are all very friendly.
