All of the staff remembered our names and helped us throughout our trip. Highly recommend doing the sunset cruise on their private catamaran. My husband and I felt like royalty. "It was a nice, quiet central location on the island with easy access to everything via a short bike ride. The villas were very private. Breakfasts were nice but not a huge amount of choice on the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to upgrade our room when our original room we had booked was not quite what we had hoped for. We really enjoyed our stay here :)"

The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. No refund was given on the difference but 2 spa vouchers were. The spa was not good would have rather preferred a refund. "We had to pay extra to upgrade but it was worth it... the place is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful view... the service is top notch. Pak rully the manager help us with renting the bike. Everything we need for is by walking distance. Definitely will be back in the future. "
