We regularly stay here and usually can’t fault it but on this occasion our toilet had not been properly cleaned and the toilet roll holder was very loose and wobbly

This was a last minute booking after we decided to go to a gig at the O2 Academy. It was perfectly located, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower excellent.
Couldn’t fault the stay or the hotel.
