Chose the Garden Court because it was close to the mall/center of QT with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean, and loved that we could open the windows to get fresh air. Plus we had a great view of the mountains and the stars at night were divine. Only complaint was that no fresh complimentary brewed coffee was offered as we never enjoy the instant coffee packets when they're provided in the room. If you're up for a nice 20-minute walk to the harbor area, walk down the street around the corner from the hotel and walk along the waterfront and through a lovely wooded area that takes you to the harbor side of the mall.

The accommodation was spacious, and the separate living room and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs meant everyone had lots of space. Staff were friendly, based on our exoerience of check in and out. It would be good to have bathroom towels changed every couple of days, and the notification of a nominal charge for this if needed was a bit odd.

There was not enough hot water for showers in the mornings, and the rooms were in general very dated and didn't feel too clean.

Great location, views were fantastic. Apartment was very spacious and very comfortable beds.

Great breakfast and staff

This hotel promotes itself as 5-star but our stay was far from it. It’s sad as the location, proximity to town, views, and physical hotel itself are great. However we experienced several issues and inconsistencies with housekeeping - no toilet paper, no fresh towels, floors not wiped over in bathroom, no replacement of drinking water - and had housekeeping staff arguing with us about their “rules”. Bar is great but they need more staff - service exceptionally slow.

It was great large room with in a wonderful location and will definitely return again

Great location. An easy walk to town but away from all the crowds. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
