Issues with our room, the kitchen & bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, the bathroom door latch did not work, so the door could not be securely latched closed. A glass jug of water was in the fridge frozen solid & broken. When I went to advise reception upon check out they were on the Ph & I couldn't wait any longer to let them know

Great stay, room was comfortable and breakfast was great

We enjoyed our stay, service was great nice peaceful with beautiful views, i didn’t realise they where under construction but there was no noise, the signage could be bigger when coming from the road over all great place

Amazing stay, will definitely stay there again!

The Hilton was a perfect location for our family as our kids ages are 7 & 9 and didn't need CBD town services. Stacks restaurant was the perfect location after a full day of activities for adults and kids.

Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and the shower head wouldn't stay up without hooking it under the bath tap. (See photo) Had to also ask a number of times for refilling milk and coffee.
