Best resort ever!!!!! The location, service, food, bedding, fitness center, spa ….. Eveything is top notch

The property is in need of some tlc, it is looking tired and needs a refurb. I kept having to go to reception to get my room keycard reactivated as did my daughter in a different room. The towel's came back stained with a horrible brown stain what looked like poo and another had toothpaste on it. The breakfast had no variation other than chicken sausage one day and beef the next, everything else stayed the same. The balcony on our ocean view room was small. Cramped and required a good pressure wash. This was listed as a 5 star resort but I would struggle to give it more than 3 stars. Maybe they said 5 stars because that's how many you can see in the sky at night . I would not stay at this place again even if they offered me a free week.

The staff is very friendly and made sure we had the best time in the resort. The rooms are clean, service is punctual and the team is always ready tp help ypu with ypur requirements.

We booked this hotel very last minute after changing our plans due to poor weather elsewhere. The hotel was really good value and our room was located perfectly, just steps away from the pool (partial ocean view room). The staff were really friendly, drinks and food were great value and the rooms well proportioned. We did find the food service to be quite slow, but the food was great. Everything is very easy to access via Grab, without this the hotel would be quite isolated. Overall the hotel was very relaxing, with a beautiful pool.
