The service here really is amazing. All the staff is super accommodating and always willing to help. Juan was our concierge since we had the club access. He was great! There's always something to do, great food, a wide variety of pools.

The area around this hotel is absolutely breathtaking — the scenery alone is worth the trip. Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn’t live up to its surroundings. The building is in desperate need of repairs and remodeling, with worn-out interiors that feel neglected. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or motivated, almost as if they didn’t want to be there. With such an incredible location, it’s a shame the hotel experience falls short.

"The resort was beautiful, but the staff was the highlight of our trip. Deon and Jason made our days even more fun! Rooms were elegant and comfortable and the staff cleaned our rooms daily. A week was not long enough to stay at such a wonderful place. We'll definitely be back!"
