Beautiful place! Five minute walk from the train station. Twenty minute walk to places like the Anne Frank house or the streets where people go to hang out or take a canal cruise. Room Mate is on a small island like location access is a walking bridge. Across from the hotel is an excellent Indian restaurant with very reasonable prices.

Every staff member as well as management went beyond their duties . Friendliness and helpful every step of the way from start to finish ! Unbelievable service and beautiful location Highly recommend.

This is the definition of a boutique hotel in the best way! Very thoughtfully designed with unique touches everywhere you look. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved having a coffee in the little courtyard. Also location cannot be beat if you want something a bit quieter/older/cleaner but still lively with amazing shops and restaurants

This place needs a terrible upgrade and remodel. Why is it considered a 5 star property? I know every country has different standards, but if this is a 5 star property, what's the highest star a property can receive. It's so shabby. Dirty carpets. Maze-like hallways. Think the movie "The Shining". I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the most charming area of Amsterdam. We loved everything from our quaint room overlooking the canal to the chic Pulitzer bar for cocktails. We highly recommend this hotel. Staff was amazing. We will be back!
