Checked in but room was not ready for hours. Phone in bathroom was broken. Had to call to report so we wouldn’t get charged. Room was cleaned only once during our three night stay. Front desk did not add my husband’s name to the room so he was unable to charge anything to the room. Staff was hard to find. Check out from tv was not working. Too much to relax.

The whole weight sensitive snack and drinks thing needs to disappear completely, makes the whole hotel seem like a cheap experience and an extremely unethical way to make money. They wanted to charge 15$ for a bag of m&m's. No coffee or tea in rooms either. For the prices paid all these amenities should be free if anything. Otherwise, rooms are nice, grounds are nice, pools are nice, plenty of food options.
