In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. "No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. "We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly low key hotel in a low key town but very peaceful and friendly. The owners are very family focussed and there is a children’s toy area in the corner of the small restaurant. There’s a boot room downstairs for storing ski gear (and I believe my bikes in the summer). The set and a la carte menus are good if limited in choice which suited us. It’s necessary to book…as is the case with anywhere in Termignon and the other Val Cenis villages. "
