We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.

Staff are helpful and friendly, the room is nice but the toilet is not enough pressure when you flush the toilet bowl.
It would be nice if the sky walk is connected to the hotel.

Short stay on a layover back to Canada. Very close to terminal 1/2 so quick transfer to/from the airport.
Great hotel and staff! Room service breakfast was outstanding. Wish we had more time to check out the Nobu restaurant.
