Fantastic stay!! The reception was so welcoming (and smelled delightful) and the staff on the desk were so friendly and helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in remembered us during our stay which was so thoughtful. The lagoon pool is literally incredible. So big and spacious with ample pool lounges. We are enjoyed that the pool area was open until 10pm and enjoyed a late night swim/spa. Our room was so spacious, comfortable bed and fantastic in room spa. Honestly we can’t wait to return again soon!

We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back!

Cleaning staff not doing their job properly. Room was serviced poorly. Location was good and apartment was modern. More focus on cleaning would improve the experience. Also ensure that tea, coffees are restocked on service.
