"The hotel is charming, clean, fabulous location and I loved that looked out to the water. However, our TV didn't work and when I asked the staff if I was doing something wrong, her answer was "some of our TVs don't work" and just shrugged. Also, we stayed 2 nights and although I don't need room service to make beds, they only left enough coffee for one morning and there was only one packet...

"the room was clean but dated as was the entire property, the poor cleaning girl had to call the owner to check in people ( she was not computer savvy ) we felt bad for her she really did her best - the is NO A/C in the rooms just a big old fan thankfully we had a big window that we could leave open ( we were on the 2nd floor, window facing the street ) otherwise I would not feel comfortable leaving it open in the area ... but it was 90 degrees in Anacortes that day ... no early check in at all,...
"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed two nights booked on Expedia. Expedia should think twice before continuing their relationship with this corrupt hotel. We stayed here last year and they tried to overcharge us, I think they hope you don't check your credit card bill. We did catch the overcharge and they refunded us the money. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks and a nice hot shower. A few details to improve would be that some burners on the gas stove didn't work. The fan on the microwave would not turn off unless you unplugged it it had an error code s2d2. Also some pans had loose handles. Otherwise it was convenient clean and cozy."
