I didnt have any problems. Everyone is was VERY helpful and easy to work with. I have 2 good size dogs that they didnt have an issue with, for 3 weeks. I think for the price its a good deal. Little bit noisy with the road right there, but i would stay again.

The pool is cold and so is the new hot tub Told staff the temperature in the hot tub was set too low. That night it was locked up by 8 pm and when asked they said no one was in.

It was very clean the gal at front desk very friendly and bed was very comfortable, the bathtub needed a mat slippery but lovely view too. Overall very nice visit. Oh yeah hot tub was lovely.

It really is showing its age. The bed was comfortable if you don't mind squeaking. The bedspreads have to be from the 60's try replacing them?? Nice that pets are allowed but our dog's dish was covered with ants in the morning. The fridge was nice it actually kept stuff cold.

Jeremy at the front desk was very helpful with my reservation. Some people in the front desk area were very loud for one in our party in room over stairs above lobby. Nice to get discount at diner at the end of parking lot. Breakfast very good. Nice waitress for dinner but new menu and kitchen was understandably slow. Bed was very comfortable! Coffee in room or lobby.

Older hotel, needs updating of phone, AC unit.

This is an older hotel and the accommodations reflects its age. When I made the reservation I called the hotel to confirm I had a king-size bed and a pet-friendly room. When I got to the room, it had 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and was told that someone switched my reservation to the double queen but that they weren’t charging us more. I told her that I reserved the king and had even called the hotel to assure I was getting a pet friendly room with a king size bed. She then said she had a last minute cancellation so they moved us to another room. The room has a phone with a bright red blinking “message waiting” indicator which could not be cleared per the hotel operator. The air conditioner in the unit did not work so we had the window open all night to cool the room. However we were on the end of the hotel closest to the road. All evening we had cars/motorcycles “drag racing” up the hill. They finally quit around 3:30 am. The sink in the room definitely needs work/replacement (see photo).

Our stay was amazing the staff were amazing beds were so comfortable. They even called us to let us no my son had left his bugs bunny stuffy just shortly after we left. So they got to cleaning very quickly after we checked out and gave our deposit back right after they were done cleaning the room. Pool and hot tub were so nice and comfortable. That's where we will be staying from now on.

I figured it’d be noisy being on the highway, but that’s ok, the motorcycles going by were obnoxious — but you’re on a highway! the check in was great— the guy working was friendly and efficient and confirmed we had the right idea for dinner— even gave us menu hints!! We loved the fact we were placed opposite the highway 20, so that DID help with the noise— the AC worked really well (in a hot spell right now) and the shower was hot and strong— we even asked for extra towels so we could shower twice!! bed was comfy—
