The room was lovely and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful. So close to the town, it was great thanks.

We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas. The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Check in was quick and simple, staff were incredibly nice. The pool was cleaned well and was crystal clear. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definately worth the price!

The room we had was not thoroughly clean. We could find food leftovers on the carpet in some hidden places. Worse still, we spotted some spiderwebs on the window sill. What a terrible experience. If you need a photo for proof, I can see it over.

Room was set out beautifully with all you would need. Staff refreshing room were helpful. Other staff we spoke to were very helpful.

Staff were excellent, room was very clean

Room was good size but bathroom has an unpleasant odour from the drains. Main tv didn’t work neither did the wifi. Location was excellent and staff helpful.

Amazing staff and lovely buffet breakfast

The room was in good condition however there instances were the fan in the living/dinning room wasn’t working at all. We also had issues accessing the WIFI throughout our stay at the hotel. Towels were also not changed until or unless we were there for 8 or more days and there were no longer extra blankets kept up in the wardrobes like before. Also anything else we wanted was at a cost.

Other than high chlorine smell from bathroom, the TV kept blinking to service mode and back every 5 minutes no matter the channel
