My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful.
The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot.
Would I stay here again? Only for the staff.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night.
The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver.
