If you're a nerd and think you'd spend the majority of your time in Akihabara anyways, this is the nicest hotel there. It was super convenient being able to stop back at my room multiple times a day while shopping, winning prizes at crane games, or just wanting to use a private bathroom in between everything. The train station was less than ten minutes away. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee and tea, but it was not a buffet. If I could do it over again, I'd save money getting breakfast at McDonalds every morning.

Great location and amenities at this hotel. So convenient with subway station outside the front door and Tokyo station and all retail areas in walking distance. Great location to be based to explore the city. Hotel staff were helpful and diligent in making our stay fantastic especially the GM of the hotel and the staff in the bar. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was really good - tons of food options - with amazing view of Skytree. There were four adults in the room we had three beds and the fourth was a pullout couch. Bathrooms are small, but nice. The bedspreads were a little outdated, but the view from our room of the Skytree was stunning! There is a self serve cloak room with locking stations it was very convenient to leave our luggage after check out end come back later in the day.

Hotel is located on the 22nd floor in the business area of Tokyo . Staff . service and access to restaurants was very convenient including direct access to the train station right from the building . Our room was on the 29th floor . Rooms were clean, spacious and had stunning views of Tokyo downtown . Reservations for the pool were required which gives you and your family private access to one hr of the pool. ! They also gave a restaurant on site serving Singapore cuisine but we did not eat there . A short walk away from the Imperial Palace and close to Tokyo station and the high end Ginza shopping district, this place had it all . We could not recommend this place more and will surely come back if we're to visit Tokyo again .

Hotel was fantastic.

All the staff were very nice . I love this hotel very much, so when I came to Tokyo, I chose this hotel. Beautiful scenery.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The washer and dryer was great! The only issue is the Japanese mattress and pillows are a lot firmer than what American are used to. Clean and useful mini kitchen . We used for quick breakfast. Highly recommend staying in this place, especially with family.

The rooms here are extremely well taken care of and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I usually stay here when I visit.

GRAND MONday Ginza was wonderful stay on our recent trip to Tokyo.
