The entire staff is it extremely accommodating and polite and efficient. Special shout out to the folks that have all the baggage has that was done so nicely. I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively.

Check-in around midnight was very easy, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room, however, felt a bit too dim—I’d suggest adding another lamp to improve the lighting. The design also seemed quite dated. On the positive side, the location was good staffs was helpful.

Got ask why we were staying. It was my Daughter's birthday weekend. They sent a complimentary gift for my daughter allowing double items for my son aswell. Amazing service

Room was clean, marvelous breakfast buffet, terrific location. Close to everything.
