Este hotel es una joya en Santiago. Con una edificacion unica y encantadora. Esta ubicado en un barrio muy entretenido, lleno de restaurantes, discotecas y bares. El personal del hotel es super atento y amable, enfocados en complacer a sus huéspedes. Room was small and old, AC was not cold enough and we were hot most of the time but better than outside. Pool is very small with only four lounge chairs, so your experience will definitely depend on who else is staying there. Building is old gorgeous architecture and old elevator is cool. Stored bags with them no problem.

Great location, kind staff, I wish a few spoke a bit more Spanish. I do think the breakfast could have been a lot better. Again, the location is perfect!!!
