"Hotel is pristine and well maintained. Staff are fabulous; genuinely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our regular interactions with Vivian, thank you for all of your help! The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel more than makes up for it."

"We really loved our stay at Luciano K. The hotel has so much charm, and even though it’s in a historic building, everything felt updated, clean, and easy. The room was beautiful, quiet, and very restful with no street noise at all. Our suite was nicely decorated and bright during the day, but we could fully darken the room at night and sleep really well.
The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of Lastarria and close to Barrio Italia and Bellavista. We walked from the hotel to many of the main sites, including Cerro San Cristóbal, Cerro Santa Lucía, and Plaza de Armas, and used short taxi rides to reach other areas easily. There’s also a beautiful park right across the street, perfect for relaxing, people watching, and enjoying the weather.
The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was also a highlight with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and a great selection of pastries. All of this at a very reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again."
"Wonderful hotel in the center of Santiago! A bit of an issue getting my style C adapter to fit in their older style L outlets. But the hotel lent me one that worked. "
"The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and coffee was strong! Best of all, the location is central in downtown, walking distance to many landmarks. :)"
"The staff did their best to help the guests and keep the hotel clean. It is a small hotel but the rooms were a good size. The entrance seems tight but they make it work."
"Todo muy acorde al precio y categoría: habitaciones limpias y cómodas, desayuno muy satisfactorio y pese a que la zona no es la mejor, queda cerca de todo. El staff impecable."
