Beautiful property, great amenities, and excellent staff! Conveniently located near the Kona airport and drivable to the other side of the big island.

Awesome service, very well melted and clean, Pool area was very serene and relaxing. Hostess in the restaurant was rude and wouldn’t bring are food to us and when I asked for condiments she suggest I go down stairs to the cafe area and I said I ordered my food here and would like condiments she wasn’t happy but gave them to me.

Poolside service was equally amazing, with staff always ready to offer a refreshing drink or towel without hesitation. Every detail at Halekulani was perfect. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. I stayed here 7 years ago and ive noticed a massive improvement to the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked instantly, staff were friendly and very accommodating (shoutout to Mika and Ricky). Hotel offered towels for the beach, which was across the hotel. ABC stores infront, behind and next door. Avis/Budget car rental on site. Scooter/Moped rental behind hotel. Overall this place was great, everything is walking distance. I would stay here again.
