Upon check in we were offered an upgrade, I took it 200 extra per night we checked into the room it was huge supposed to be a thearter room. Tv in large room did not work floors where disgusting crumbs wrappers obviously someone did not vacuum before our check in. We found a hair in the shower and one in the sink after speaking to the front desk they moved us. For the money I will never do it again never

Paid $175 extra for the club level vip experience so we wouldn’t have to wait in a normal check in line and the vip check in was terrible. One agent and was on the phone 10 minutes while we stood there waiting. Everything else was fine except the vip program.
