Parking was easy and location was excellent

Did not request accessible room….got one! Strange bathroom, Gym facilities very sub-par

Great variety of breakfast options, including a fabulous egg station where you order and it’s delivered to your table. The pastries and bread choices were also fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyable breakfast.

Clean, good location

My tour starts on the west side of the same hotel block. In fact that is the inter city bus station.

We upgraded to club floor which included breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was very lovely with comfortable bed. Easy to walk around city and very safe. Took one star off for check in . I emailed hotel twice letting them know i was coming early and what needed to be done. Happy to pay extra. Told they would make note but no guarantee. When arrived was told room not ready . Left and came back few hours later and was told guest had not even checked out even though it was hours past check out and they paid for late check out. I was very upset that they were allowed late check out when guest were waiting and was not told . She said you should have paid for early check in. I explained it was never offered in my two emails. (She was able to get us a room a few hours later which was earlier than check in which we appreciated but what a hassle. )
