Staff were nice , very accommodating. Its just that if your room is on the 6th floor it would be very hard to bring your stuff up and down if its heavy. But the staff there are always ready to assist you.

"Carpets on the 8th floor needs severe cleaning, frequent power surges. Door “early morning” greeters are frequently texting or surfing their iPhones and not professional. Very disappointing for a Hotel that claims to be a 5 Star Hotel."
