Everything is excellent. From the service, the room quality, the billing process, to the excellent location, all was outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Staff professional. Hotel convenient for business and university. Short walk to reach downtown. Room quiet and clean but in need of renovation. Toilet wouldn't flush waste away. Staff tried to fix but problem reoccurred.

Room was ok. Carpet had some stains. Couch had seen better days. Staff were very helpful however, which made up for some of the shortcomings of the room. That, and clean sheets!
