The complete process of paying a bond to stay is so outdated in modern times. Surely a single dollar hold transaction can be used like other places do, this means money is not tied up when the bond is cleared. It took 30mins to check out by which time I'd missed my Uber, got penalised and had to rebook another and the time difference made it darer. Great location place but it needs a serious overview of it's processes to make it more user friendly and convenient.

The apartment was fantastic. So big with magical views and so quiet. An extra 5 min walk into town which was picturesque. There was a bus stop right out the front of the villas and the beds were so comfortable. Staff were great. Would re-book without hesitation.

Have stayed at sky city many times before, would not go thew Expedia again. You don't get premier points or free parking and it is more expensive than going into sky city web site and booking.

Average room need more attention when cleaning.

Overall reasonable, clean and maintained. Suggestions: should have allocated carkings and a microwave in rooms would be very helpful

Second time to stay at the Heritage. Loved it. Will stay again. Big rooms. Awesome alpine and lake views. Friendly staff and service. Great food. Bus stop out the front. Bus comes every 15 minutes. Definitely coming back.
