We could only book 1 reservation for the restaurants that was there becuase it’s limited for the amount we stayed there which is 4 days and 3 nights. On the app it says they had many activities but we got there and the paddle boarding, kayaking, all water activities were closed and shut down.

Check-in’s at 3pm-we didn’t get a key to our room until 4:38pm and still couldn’t go in the room until 5pm cause it “wasn’t ready. This was also after going back and forth with front desk cause they tried to put us in a ONE bed room. We reserved a room with two beds!
DO NOT get a room on the ground floor! They have roaches in them!
Oh and if you’re going for all-inclusive to drink, do NOT stay at Riu in Ocho Rios cause the water down their alcohol.
The entertainment they have each night is top tier though!!!
The one housekeeping lady named Sabrina was the best as well!
Everything else makes me not want to ever book this place again unfortunately.
