China Kid friendly Holidays

Staffs are very friendly and check in is quick. Rooms are somewhat clean but there’s stains in bathroom and carpets. Trash bins are not lined with plastic bags which is kind of gross in my opinion. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Disappointed with breakfast after reading so many good reviews about breakfast. There’s lots of varieties both eastern and western, but taste is very plain and feels like they have been sitting out for a while. Gym seems very nice but didn’t get a chance to use it. There’s also a big indoor pool which is a plus. I stayed 1 night for transit purpose. Free shuttle to airport q 15 minutes. Overall just an OK stay for me.

Perfect location….great hotel

Well located good quality hotel, not far from Tiananmen and the Forbidden City; a five minute walk to the Wanfujing shopping strip (the building with the Apple Store has many restaurants on levels 5 & 6). Pool and gym area is truly exceptional by any hotel standard anywhere. Bar is ok but very adequate. Service was efficient and friendly. Concierge lady was a delight, with excellent English.

The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience.

This hotel is very clean if it’s aged. Staff is friendly and location is the best.
