Check in was slow and room selection took a long time due to staff discussion being extensive. The breakfast was incredibly crowded, frustrating, and the variety was poor.

We spent Thanksgiving week at the hotel for 5 days. Quiet other than the streaming kids and dad at 12:30am coming back to room.
Location amazing. The Macys day parade was right at the corner.

Our room was very good, the only thing we didn’t love was the pillows, which were a bit too high for everyone in my family. However, for a hotel in Times Square, the room was surprisingly spacious, and we truly appreciated that.
Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and always ready to help. A special thank-you to Manny, the gentleman who brought the minibar to our room, such a sweetheart!
The location was perfect for my family and me. We were close to everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
We would definitely return!
