Awesome location and fantastic rooms, but the absolute stars of this place are the staff. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. When we accidentally left an item behind on the way to the airport, they contacted us immediately and arranged to have it brought to us at the airport. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Starting out with the check-in. What you were being quoted is not the exact amount unless you play with cash. Credit card 3% service fee. I considered that a bake & switch. Room is good size but it is dated and it shows it's age. No breakfast onsite, you have walk about 1.5 blocks to another sister property for breakfast. The breakfast there was very limited in selection. The worst part is you can only choose ONE item. If you pick two fried eggs, you can't have the chicken noodle. Two fried eggs are all you can have from the menu that morning.

The staff were friendly, the amenities were clean and lovely. Amazing breakfast buffet! One of the best we had whilst in Vietnam. Within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions. Would recommend to stay here.

The staff were accommodating The staff in the kitchen were exceptional, they prepared the best coffee for breakfast. They serve their guests with utmost care. We will probably comeback next time around. The location is within the walking distance for a local attraction.

Great location (neat street and not far from night market), seemed ok for the amount I paid (not as good as the picture). Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of outside noise but I guess that Ha Noi all over
