Auckland Kid friendly Holidays

Its a big apartment hotel , nice and clean, receptionist are very helpful, near at city center

Excellent location, close to Woolworths and the motorway system for day trips. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was fantastic - everything you need for a stay away from home. Only issue I would say was the lack of opening windows/doors in the main area - fresh air is always nice. Housekeeping was a bit of let down, we stayed six nights and our room was only serviced on the last day at around 3:30pm - so pointless. But again, the housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. I had asked a couple of times for the room to be done but it wasn’t. Apart from that, highly recommend Adina Britomart. This was our third stay and we will be back for certain.

The room was nice but the parking on site was very tight. If I were to stay here again I’d probably prefer to park at a public car park instead

The stay was amazing

Wasnt happy with the fact the aircon wasnt working and the reception didnt let us know when i checked in. Didnt tell me until i rang up to ask because it was so hot in my room. Only for them to then say it was under maintenance. Made my room unvearable as it was so stuffy. Also the tv wasnt working with the chrome cast so i was unabke to use that too.

Nice place to stay when visiting Auckland and right across from the University.

Sky City is always a great, central place to stay. You’re in the heart of the action but have your own bolthole. My only disappointment is the lack of a view from my room.

The complete process of paying a bond to stay is so outdated in modern times. Surely a single dollar hold transaction can be used like other places do, this means money is not tied up when the bond is cleared. It took 30mins to check out by which time I'd missed my Uber, got penalised and had to rebook another and the time difference made it darer. Great location place but it needs a serious overview of it's processes to make it more user friendly and convenient.
