Nice hotel, close to shopping and very well maintained. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Only negative (small) was bed. Super soft so we sank into it. Otherwise comfortable stay

Fabulous on the beach location. We were lucky enough to have a beachside apartment (shame we were only there for one night!). The room was huge with everything you would need to cater yourself for the stay, including a massive fridge, dishwasher and the all important washing machine and dryer. Two things to note; 1. When you check in, stick the car in one of the semi-circles along the road. You will be given a tag for the car park and the internal staircases too. 2. There are no lifts at this property. We’re late middle aged and struggled with our largest suitcase s we needed the both of us to lift it up and down the three sets of stairs from the apartment to the car park.

Highly recommended. Staff were amazing best service we have ever had. Valet was a stand out with service. Breakfast was wonderful fresh and service excellent.

We simply loved this hotel! The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. Ours was particularly spacious as it was a family room with three beds. The beds were dreamy comfortable. The hotel has a heritage feel but the rooms are modern and beautiful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and within walking distance to the shopping district and many restaurants. If you enjoy walking, the hotel was only a 30 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House. If not, then buses and tram stations within minutes of the hotel. Overall, simply an outstanding experience at The Grace Hotel. This particular hotel was recommended in the Lonely Planet book and so happy to take their advice. It was a fantastic place to begin our visit in Sydney and overall 3 week visit in Australia.
