Everything from arriving to leaving was absolutely great. The staff was very helpful checking in as well as out. Were helpful in recommendations as well as ordering a taxi for my departure.

This was such a cool hotel! The finishes in the room were so nice and while it was compact, it was very efficient. We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Japanese style breakfast was great.

The convenience store next door, the delicious food and buffet at the restaurant, the sauna and spa area, the rooms with the well designed bathrooms, the shiomi subway station across the street, the proximity to Disney and downtown, so many more benefits. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for future stays.

The service and the property was outstanding.

Be careful with this hotel, this is not even a three star hotel. Lack of amenities, very ordinary breakfast, too many noise, I do not recommend Thai hotel at all.

The hotel is literally in the heart of kabukicho. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming despite kabukicho not being so much in the evenings. I can only recommend the hotel on two conditions. The first is if you are a die hard Godzilla fan or 2 you are young and like to party in the area. If you fall into one or both categories, then there is no better place to stay in Tokyo to enjoy your trip. If you do not fall into either category, I recommend a quieter and less crowded area to help wind down. This hotel is excellent and I certainly enjoyed myself on my birthday there.
