The property is actually beautiful the grounds were immaculate. The rooms were big and spacious for our luggage. We ate at Serena restaurant the first night for the seafood buffet festival the food was good and a bit pricey for my taste. The bathroom was big, it was dated it reminded me of the bathroom I had growing up in the 80s but the important part was it was spotless and that’s all that matters. We also went to the bar on the 11th floor and it was beautiful a nice place to relax and have a drink. Loved that they had a Lawsons that was open 24hrs at the hotel. I definitely would stay here again if in the area. Also they have a shuttle to take you to the mall or you can use a taxi nothing was in walking distance at this hotel

The outdoor pool was a big reason we booked this place and upon arriving we found out that it was an additional charge to use. That was quite deceiving as nothing in our reservation stated that it wasn’t included.
