The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay at IHG Tokyo Bay. We had an amazing view of the bridge and the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is clean. The breakfast menu offered both American and Japanese dishes. The surrounding area is filled with shops and restaurant yet it was not busy or crowded. This is a very good property for the affordability it also offers.
