for being my very first trip to Japan, I'm quite happy I stayed at this hotel. they were very orderly, meticulous and overall very friendly. the breakfast was great, the Lawson store located on the first floor actually helped as well. if I ever decide to come back, I have no issues staying here again

Very close to Shinagawa Station and easy to get to property, check in, and get good rest. Room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view from the 24th corner room booked:

I booked with adults and a child according to the age limit on hotels website. When we got there I was told I could only put two people to a room. I had to book another room for my two sons and my budget doubles instantly. I was not happy about this but we just flew several hours and I had no way to book another hotel after I was committed to this one. They said because my youngest was 14 they considered him an adult. Therefore the second room had to be booked. I would bypass this hotel if you’re trying to keep 4 people in a room.
