Property and room was clean and spacious, no parking available as advertised had to park at various parking lots around city , staff did explain that ,

We stayed in a State Room, which was nicely decorated and came with a spacious and pretty bathroom. The room was really comfortable. Location is great - convenient and few-minutes walk to Fremantle Markets, shops and dining places. There’s some limited parking spaces but we managed to park there as needed. Service staff were helpful and friendly. Only minor complaint is that the corridors outside the lifts and the floor of our room could be vacuumed a little more.

Perfect location, close to the CBD of Perth. Rooms are well appointed. Not sure if it was just our room but when others would come or go from their room, it would rattle the door, pretty loudly too. It sounded like someone was trying to enter the room but was just from others closing their doors. Besides that annoyance, all good. And also they have Kevin Murphy products! 😍

Fantastic hotel! Perfectly locations, excellent facilities, bars & restaurants. The staff were all fantastic too. Expensive but worth every penny! Our room was beautiful and breakfast was very tasty.

Convenient location, lovely hotel all round.

Rooms were very nice -- decent size, comfortable and very clean. Modern also. Staff were friendly at the reception and throughout the hotel. Gym was great for a hotel gym! Very safe and quiet around the hotel - and not to far to walk to shops and restaurants. Lounge on site closes very early for a hotel. Otherwise very pleased with my stay.

Communication with nightshift manager lost in translation. Day shift great .

Great place to stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again when in Fremantle.

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was so spacious, clean and modern. Exceptional views. Breakfast was delicious, love that they have iced coffee already in a jug ready to go. Staff were friendly and courteous. Very happy we stayed here.
