Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a fabulous location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially loved the daily brekkie and the evening drink - a lovely touch! Would happily stay again.

Lively and lovely hotel. Great room And facilities. Comfy bed and very clean and great staff. Breakfast is overrated … but lunch and supper well worth it. Will recommend and will return.

I booked this hotel as it looked like a heritage as per photo of the building on their website but unfortunately our rooms were in a glass box with very small and standard rooms , poor room planning, telephone on opposite side of bed on the study table and not next to the bed, only one socket available which was again on the opposite wall.The iron board was old with a cheap cover which did not fit properly and kept on falling off it. Food for room service of poor quality, staff didn’t seem to bother. We stayed for 9 nights two separate double bedrooms and paid over 6000 Australian Dollars. The staff never bothered to ask if our stay was ok. For central Perth, poor quality Hotel. It was my first time in Perth, I live in London, UK. Overall poor value for money. And very expensive. OK hotel, not the best location as few facilities nearby — but can walk up Jacobs Ladder to Kings Park and also not far from CBD (but not great walk due to highway).
