Great location-walking distance to the warf, North Beach and Chinatown. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Like at an all inclusive resort. A wonderful property and friendly service.

Nice but feels old in a bad way. Obviously it's a historic hotel but even the newer updates are worn out. The door seals are nonexistent, we heard every conversation of passerbys.

Our comforted spelt of pee and we had to have someone come spray our rooms. We found cockroaches!!!! The pool is nice! Staff was nice :)

Room could have been cleaner but the size was perfect for our family of four. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a multiple day Disney trip. Disney is walkable. The bed was comfortable.
We have a 12 and 9 year old and the pull out couch was a little smaller than other hotel pull outs they’ve stayed on but it worked.
