Good ambiance with a clear ocean view

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. When we were about to check in a front desk staff by Anil helped us get a free upgrade. I had originally booked a Jr Suite in Sorrento tower partial view of ocean and Anil upgraded us to full ocean view suite. Overall staff is great, property is extremely clean My only issue was with the wristbands system during weekends. Instead of keeping these wristbands handy by the pool entrances to make it convenient for hotel guests they make you go all the way to front desk to get these wristbands which is so inconvenient. Secondly you have to preserve these wristbands (which no one told us) and if you lose it and want to access the pool is 50$ per person but the front desk staff was very accommodating and waived us the fee but I would appreciate if this information is told beforehand to guests that they need to preserve their wristbands Overall we had an excellent stay here and they private beach access is so convenient and the beach staff is great too. We will come back here next time we’re in Miami

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. Best location in Brickell with good amenities and friendly staff

Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing

Super cute and great location. Waiting staff was great and front was nice but a little lack of communication. Our room air wasn’t working really well so they switched our room and comp our breakfast the rest of the stay.
