Great hotel, great staff,

I wish the concierge had arranged my airport transfer. They ignored my repeated attempts to contact them.

The hotel was amazing. Great location. The breakfast was great and the staff was always going above and beyond. I highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip to go back.

Rooms are nice, great roof top to dine. I gave this Hotel 4 stars Because I was not given room service for cleaning. I asked the cleaning person to please clean my room, cleaning person said she would clean it in 30 minutes but never came by. I also requested to have the AC fixed, it was not throwing cold air. AC was never repaired.

The staff throughout the facility were completely focused to make my stay perfect.

I love this hotel, is located in the heart of the most famous avenue Reforma, the rooms are small, but I like them, very clean and comfortable that is the most important thing for me. I’ll recommend this hotel for everyone. You have everything close and you can walk from the hotel to see the zocalo, Bella’s artes, monumento de la revolución, Chapultepec, all the museos around, restaurants, malls, movies theaters, Mercado de artesanías, etc, etc, etc.
