I'm very satisfied with the property and services the only thing I didn't like is the odor in the bathroom smells like sewage not sure if that smell can go away considering that outside on puebla city streets have that bad odor too

Mi experiencia no fue buena. La habitación no tenía ventilación y se sentía mucho calor todo el tiempo, especialmente por la noche. El ambiente era muy encerrado e incómodo. Además, la habitación daba una sensación muy fría y claustrofóbica, parecía una cárcel. Por esas condiciones, el descanso fue bastante malo y considero que es un aspecto que deberían mejorar no el baño tiene ventilación y varios ví que se quejaron d elo mismo

Nos asignaron una habitación justo a lado del elevador demasiado ruido pues se escuchaba el ascenso y descenso así como timbre cada que se abrían las puertas. De ahí en fuera si deseas un hospedaje económico solo para dormir es buena opción pero lleva tapones para oídos.

Principalmente que tiene elevador porque fui con mi mama y requiere no subir escaleras, el personal amable, la habitacion limpia, incluye cafe, me gusto que esta en el.centro historico, a 2 cuadras del zocalo. Cercanos bancos, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. El precio muy accesible. El unico detallito fue que el internet es muy lento y no funcionaba bien en la habitacion, pero no fue problema para nosotras.
