El personal siempre fue muy amable, la habitación está limpia, solo el baño en la parte de la regadera el espacio era demasiado pequeño pero de ahí en fuera todo bien y buen precio muy céntrico el hotel a unas calles del zócalo y muchas tiendas

Un hotel no apto para claustrofobicos el cuarto parecía celda, nos tocó al fondo pasando por un laberinto, si llegara a haber una emergencia no tiene salida ni una ventana a la calle, en cuanto a la recamara nada que ver con las fotos, las sábanas, colchas y fundas de almohada sucias se ve que no las cambiaron en un tiempo, el estacionamiento a dos cuadras, algo que no te dicen hasta que llegas, una experiencia muy incómoda, no regresaría.

Mis primeros 5 días que estuve todo súper bien, decidimos quedarnos una noche más y fue una pésima decisión, ya que la persona que se encontraba en recepción súper grosera, la habitación 103 terrible muchísimo ruido y con un olor a drenaje fatal, se lo comenté y dijo que nadie le había dado queja, que si quería al siguiente día mandaba a la camarera, por qué en ese momento no había quien fuera a revisar. El hotel es cómodo, muy buena ubicación, sin ese detalle de la recepcionista mi calificación hubiese sido mejor.

Buscabamos un hotel con estacionamiento y nos dijeron que este contaba con tal, psra sorpresa que el estacionamiento es externo a 3 calles aprox del hotel, y con servicio muy malo, te atienden de mala gana y son groseros. (En el estacionamiento) En cuanto a las hanitaciones reserve una sencilla pata dos personas ya que no habia disponibles habitaciones doblees. Y el cuarto es diminuto, nos toco el primer cuarto de planta baja, y se escucha TOOOODOO! cuando las personas llegan, y pasan hablando... considero que no es mal hotel, pero personalmente vivi una mala experiencia, y deberian ser especificos con lo del estacionamiento porq perdimos mucho giempo yendo y viniendo, y teniamos prisa.

Sin agua caliente, lugar muy limpio

El lugar esta limpio, pedí cuarto individual, el agua caliente nunca salío, aunque pregunté en recepción, ellos dijeron que si debe salir, me pedian que tirara 12 minutos de agua hasta que saliera caliente, es mucho desperdicio de agua.
