Bay Area Cheap Holidays

Great stay and location. Staff are as friendly as they get paid for (bit doing anything extra friendly for free lol which is fine) and at some point the fire alarm went off but no one made sure everyone was out. They just closed the door (not lock) where the elevator was. I took the elevator and then exited out the emergency door loool but I didn’t know anything was going on so that was my only gripe. So good for solo travel! Felt safe, all that jazz.

Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning. Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day. Other guests were friendly. Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard. The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. For safety and ease of mobility, those hallways should be open and clear. Windows in our room were difficult to open, and blinds were broken. Other than that, overall a good place for the price and location.

It was a really nice area to stay. Loved it had microwave and little refrigerator. It’s not a luxurious place, but it definitely works for on budget place to stay while visiting the city.
