Staff are friendly and accommodating. Was able to check in a bit earlier which was highly appreciated. Location is very central to train station and shopping and dining options

Check in was simple and staff were friendly. Shuttle from airport was convenient and easy to navigate. Hotel was quiet, and room was large for japanese standards. The bed was extremely firm, which was not great for me, but the pillows were nice. Very old hotel building, and it does smell of decades of indoor cigarette smoking. However, for the price, and for a short stay to rest on a long layover it was reasonable.

We stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita, and overall it was a very convenient choice, especially for an early morning flight. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas illuminations, and when we visited, there was a lot of snow, which made the entire property feel magical. The hotel is quite large and has several shops and restaurants inside, which was very convenient. While the building itself is older, it is well maintained and very clean. The breakfast restaurant was especially lovely—surrounded by glass windows, with snow outside when we were there. It was surprisingly beautiful and very photo-worthy. The biggest advantage is location and convenience. For early flights from Narita, this hotel makes everything easy and stress-free. One downside was the front desk service. The staff member we interacted with felt quite cold, and I would not describe the service as the typically warm or courteous Japanese hospitality. She seemed unhappy with her job, which affected the first impression. That said, for comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere in winter, and airport convenience, this hotel does its job very well.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The service staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. They all spoke English, which made the check-in process a breeze. The rooms were clean and came with all the amenities that you will need (eg shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer). Additionally, each room has a Washing Machine & Microwave. Special mention to Takeda-san for assisting us in our check-in.

The comfort double room was tight like most Tokyo hotels are but it was clean with good amenities. Front desk staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage on site. Hotel was close to a subway station. Plenty of 7-11 and Family marts nearby. It is located in a quiet area away from the noise of Shinjuku.

Nice place. Typically small Tokyo rooms but clean and comfortable beds. Good location, relatively short walk to shinjuku station.
